Why do i need to sleep with a pillow under my legs?

Am four months pregnant and i cant sleep without this really high pillow under my legs, is it the baby that needs comfort? am going to do my ultrasound and paps smear and am sceard about the paps smear and am extremely anxious about my ultrasound.

yeah its just something that us pregnant girls have to do to sleep comfortably. I had to do it too or then I couldn’t sleep at all, I had like a million pillows around me lol
